Hello From me!

Hi, I’m Kirsten Baynham, experienced facilitator, coach and learning professional. I specialise in helping people develop, grow and perform in the role that they do, whether that is a professional or personal aspiration.

I have over 22 years of experience working in the corporate environment, specifically Financial Services and have spent the majority of that time in some key roles in a dynamic Learning and Development team. I’ve had the pleasure to work with many diverse groups of people at all levels across a broad range of teams and business areas for both strategic and operational projects – all of which have been learning experiences.

I really enjoy seeing other grow to meet their personal potential and I am particularly interested in the mind-set shifts that are needed for a learner to take ownership for behavioural change. Exploring options and enabling others to work in a practical way to put the learning into practice is essential.

In March 2017, I decided to put my career plans into place and set up my own learning and development company, a big step but one that I am enjoying immensely. The name Mind Bubble Learning was inspired by the youngest of my three children.

It’s an exciting time in the world of Apprenticeships with the Government pledging to have created 3 million new starts by 2020.

With that comes the Apprenticeship Levy which was implemented in April 2017 which will fund Apprenticeship programmes in England. It’s a complex area with lots of ambiguity and many employers are not sure how to approach this within their businesses, however there is a huge opportunity to explore!
