At its core, Mind Bubble Learning is a problem-solving learning business which is all about helping people take personal ownership for learning so they can develop new skills and behaviours enabling them to perform in the role.
Take a look at some of the development that you could benefit from… the solutions will be individually tailored so they are totally bespoke to you and your business.
Hi, I’m Kirsten Baynham, experienced facilitator, coach and learning professional. I specialise in helping people develop, grow and perform in the role that they do, whether that is a professional or personal aspiration.
I have over 22 years of experience working in the corporate environment, specifically Financial Services, and have spent the majority of that time in some key roles in a dynamic Learning and Development team. I’ve had the pleasure to work with many diverse groups of people at all levels across a broad range of teams and business areas for both strategic and operational projects – all of which have been learning experiences.
I really enjoy seeing others grow to meet their personal potential and I am particularly interested in the mind-set shifts that are needed for a learner to take ownership for behavioural change. Exploring options and enabling others to work in a practical way to put the learning into practice is essential.
In March 2017, I decided to put my career plans into place and set up my own learning and development company – a big step, but one that I am enjoying immensely. The name Mind Bubble Learning was inspired by the youngest of my three children.
I look forward to working with you.
Success in today’s world is more about team than individual performance. High-performing teams are interdependent, and that means they must rely on and collaborate with one another to meet their goals.
Investing in teams – whether they are newly formed or have been together for a number of years – is really important. It can be the difference between good or great performance, and encourages behaviours such as trust, open communication, collaboration, adaptability and accountability.
Mind Bubble will work with you using a number of personality profiling tools or practical learning models for team development.
To complement team development, a range of interpersonal skills development is also available on topics such as:

If you are looking for someone to act as a sounding board, to challenge your thinking, to provide tools and techniques for dealing with situations, to give encouragement and build confidence, then one to one coaching is the right option for you.
The working partnership is based on trust and is led completely by you and linked to personal learning goals.
Typically, the coaching relationship can be anything between 6–12 months and individual plans would be completely bespoke.

Being a leader and a manager are both critical and challenging roles, and if you get it right it can mean that employees are more engaged, more committed and more productive. For organisations, this means higher employee retention, reduced absenteeism and improvements in service quality, customer satisfaction and overall performance.
Mind Bubble will work with you to tailor the development linked to the learning needs. Here’s a flavour of the types of topics we can support you with…
