Hello From me!
I have over 22 years of experience working in the corporate environment, specifically Financial Services and have spent the majority of that time in some key roles in a dynamic Learning and Development team. I’ve had the pleasure to work with many diverse groups of people at all levels across a broad range of teams and business areas for both strategic and operational projects – all of which have been learning experiences.
I really enjoy seeing other grow to meet their personal potential and I am particularly interested in the mind-set shifts that are needed for a learner to take ownership for behavioural change. Exploring options and enabling others to work in a practical way to put the learning into practice is essential.
In March 2017, I decided to put my career plans into place and set up my own learning and development company, a big step but one that I am enjoying immensely. The name Mind Bubble Learning was inspired by the youngest of my three children.

ONE TO ONE COACHING
If you are looking for someone to act as a sounding board, to challenge your thinking, to provide tools and techniques for dealing with situations, to give encouragement and build confidence then one to one coaching is the right option for you.
The working partnership is based on trust and is led completely by you and linked to personal learning goals.
Typically, the coaching relationship can be anything between 6-12 months and individual plans would be completely bespoke.

APPRENTICESHIPS - STRATEGY, DESIGN & IMPLEMENTATION
The Apprenticeship Levy was implemented in April 2017 and funds Apprenticeship programmes in England. It’s a complex area with lots of ambiguity and many employers are not sure how to approach this within their organisation, however there is a huge opportunity to explore!
Mind Bubble Learning is an expert in designing and delivering a wide range of workshops which support the development of ‘Skills and Behaviours’ aligned to Apprenticeship Standards ranging from L2-L7 (degree level equivalent).
